  • Provide effective and prompt communication with Board of Directors and Owners
  • Guide the Board of Directors in all matters relating to the Association
  • Attend regular Board meetings, Annual and Special meetings

  • Supervise all office and maintenance staff
  • Vendor Management
  • Bid solicitation for maintenance services
  • Oversight of maintenance projects
  • Maintain and oversee the insurance portfolio, including the filing of all claims

  • Assist with transition from the Developer to the Homeowners
  • Provide 24 hour emergency assistance

Financial Services

  • Maintain separate checking, savings and other bank accounts for each Association
  • Provide financial packets to the Board of Directors monthly
  • Process assessments payments
  • Document all payables and receivables
  • Handle all account reconciliations and balancing
  • Provide monthly collection and delinquency reporting
  • Prepare yearly budgets
  • Coordination of tax returns and filing
  • Provide Audit assistance
